For over a decade, I have devoted myself to the art of intentional touch — a practice rooted in presence, reverence, and deep listening. My craft weaves bodywork and energetic awareness into experiences that feel grounding, restorative, and quietly luxurious. I believe the body carries our stories, our stress, our striving, and through steady, intuitive care, it remembers how to soften.
Each session is a ritual, drawing skills across many modalities and traditions, providing healing at any stage of life. Responsive to what is felt in the moment, I create treatments that regulate the nervous system while honoring the sensual intelligence of the body, inviting strength to soften so presence may return.
